The Accounting area of Members360° allows you to completely manage all payments related to your association, including a complete suite of accounts receivable features (invoices, credit card and check payments, and general ledger exports).
When you roll over the Accounting button, you'll see several major areas within the Accounting module. Click the appropriate link below to learn about each area.
Transactions - search for invoices and payments, view and manage bulk invoices, mark receipts for deposit, and view an open invoice report
Member Balances - show all members with open balances and bring up invoices for open balances
General Ledger - create, view, and manage GL accounts
Reports - create and view invoice, receipt, statement, and other accounting reports
Tools and Customization - set up general accounting parameters, custom invoices and receipts, payment gateways, and exports
