Members360° is designed to give you ultimate flexibility in determining dues amounts to charge your members. Whether you charge simple flat rates or calculate dues based on multiple criteria (or both), Members360° can handle it.
There are three basic steps to creating your dues structure:
Define the various dues categories for your association
Create a formula to calculate dues for each category
Assign invoicing options to each rule
In many cases, the "formula" discussed in step 2 may be a simple dollar amount. For example, you may have a category that includes all Regular members - in other words, assume that you have created a member type called Regular. Then let's say that all Regular members pay $300 per year. Your "formula" would simply be the amount (300).
In other cases, the formulas can be more complex. For example, maybe your Corporate members pay a rate based on the size of their company, plus an additional amount if they wish to be a sponsor, minus a percentage based on how many members they have referred to your association. You'll be able to create a combination of categories and formulas to handle these scenarios and automatically calculate dues at the time of registration or renewal.
