Members360° keep tracks important milestones for each member. This information is recorded in the member's profile and displayed on the bottom half of the member's detail page (see Member details page).

Each tab records different history, as explained below.
History: This section records and lists important date and history milestones for the member, including registration date, renewal dates, and receipt of member correspondence. You can use this information to research member history.
There are eight history note types you can add; Communication, Certification,
Communication, Form/Survey, Membership, Note, Participation, Record, and
Relationship. In addition to the eight history types, you can
create Custom History types to manage your History note needs.Each
history note includes the date created, whether it is an Automated or
Manual note, and the name of the administrator that created the note.
Note: Automated means that the system created the history note automatically, whereas Manual means you manually selected the add history note link and entered the information.
Note: You can attach a file to a manual history note, click on the button in the File Attachment: (optional) section. This will open up the File Upload box that allows you to search your computer for files.
Example: A member sends you a resume and you want to save it to the member's profile.
Membership: Membership: This tab tracks changes to the member’s membership such as member types, membership periods, and dues amounts. You can add a membership item, edit a membership item and renew the member from this tab.
Note: You cannot delete a membership period if an invoice has already been linked to it. Instead, you will first need to void the invoice (see Modifying or voiding an invoice), which will remove it from the member period. Then you can delete the member period. Also, note that a minimum of one membership item is required; you cannot delete the last remaining membership period.
Participation: This section lists any and all participation-based Smart Groups that the member is, or has been, a part of, including the starting and ending participation dates for each group. You can also modify the group membership for this member from this section, using the Manage Groups link. For more information, see Smart Groups by participation.
Events: This section lists the history of all events attended by the member. This includes only events created through the Members360° events module. For more information, see Events.
Certifications: This shows any certifications the member has achieved as recorded in the Certifications module. For more information, see Certifications.
Forms: This tab records any form submissions made by the member while logged in. This only records submissions of Members360° forms; it does not record submissions of forms created in Members24x7. For more information, see Forms.
Accounting: This section lists the history of the member's payment records recorded in the system. You can click an individual payment record to switch to the Accounts Receivable module and edit that record. You can also add an invoice or a payment using the appropriate link in this section. Each member's balance will display in the lower right of this section, so you can see if they owe money at a glance. See Accounts Receivable for more information.
Relationships: This section shows all current relationships. You can add, remove and change relationships using this section. For more information, see Member relationships.
