Once you have created a report, you'll want to view and print the report to make use of it. You can also download any report in a variety of formats.
You must view a report in order to print or download it. To view a report:
Navigate to Members > Reports.
Click the name of the report to bring up the viewable
version. Or
you can review the report properties first by clicking the
button, and then click the
button to view
the report.
Keep in mind that you may have to wait for a few moments as the report is generated - especially if it's based on a large smart group.
If your report was created using Word Mail Merge (see Word Mail Merge reports), then you'll be prompted to open or save the Word version of the report. Depending on your browser, you can open the report directly, or download it to your computer. Then you can open, print, or edit it using Microsoft Word.
If your report was created using a pre-built report format (see Pre-built report formats), you will see a screen similar to the one shown below that will preview your report for you.
This is the online view of the report. The title is at the top, and then the report follows as you defined it.
The total number of pages in the report will be shown in the navigation controls in the upper right. (In the example above, "of 24" indicates there are 24 pages.) To navigate from page to page, click one of the navigation buttons as demonstrated, or type a number in the Jump to page box and press <Enter>.

To zoom in or zoom out of the report, use the zoom dropdown menu as demonstrated below. This simply changes the size as it appears online; it will not affect printing or downloading.

You can also search your report using the Find box shown below. Simply type in a word or part of a word (or number or phrase) in the box next to Find, then click Find to locate it. To find more instances of what you typed in, click Next as needed.

Once you are viewing the report you desire to print, simply export the report to PDF format, as explained below, to get a true Print Preview before you print. The on-screen version of the report is not necessarily what the printed report would look like, so it is recommended that you view the PDF to ensure the report's formatting meets your needs.
You can also export it to one of several other formats. Simply choose a format from the dropdown list as shown below. Then click the Export link to the right as shown below. Again, for printing, choose the Acrobat (PDF) file format, then print the PDF. The various file formats are shown below.
