For
those teams not qualifying for the Rodeo Relay, the National Gas
Rodeo offers an opportunity to earn your way back into the Relay
through a Wild Card event. All (2 or 4 person) teams that were not
qualified to compete in the Rodeo Relay are eligible to participate
in the Wild Card event.
This
offers your team the opportunity to earn a chance at competing in
the Relay, including the possibility of winning the Rodeo! This
will be a single mystery event and the event will change annually.
The
Wild Card event will take place during the Rodeo Relay, with the
winner of the Wild Card event being the final competitor in the
Relay (again, both 2 and 4 person teams).
